Dean just brought me his cup and said, "I need more burnin' stuff please.". He was referring to the Sprite I gave him for the first time! He makes me laugh.

"I bonked my head like a monkey." I had no idea what he was talking about until I remembered the five little monkeys jumping on the bed. He surprises me.

He gave John and hug today and said, "My daddy is a good daddy.". He makes me proud.

But my favorite thing is when he randomly runs up and hugs my leg and says, "I love you too.". He makes me melt.

This is usually sung while he strums his guitar or loudly bangs on his drums. The other day he grabbed a jump rope at my workout class and sang it into the handle like it was a microphone. He's our little entertainer!

We went to Grapevine today to see Thomas the Train. What a treat for Dean! We met the Verlanders there and had a fun ride on a real train. He can't stop talking about it.
