No one wants to spend all of their time on "this brand of joy". Very well said.
Oh I love my boys... but loving them is like two full time jobs, without benefits or pay, or sick leave, or an H.R. person to mediate arguments, or a snazzy wardrobe, or validation.
But this morning Toby got in bed with me [at 6:50] and said "Mommy, you are shpecial to me."
